Greg Voirin, Owner, continued on to grow the business, expanding to include the majority of the western suburban area of Chicagoland. Not Just Grass offers a design/build service for Patios, Walkways, and Driveways utilizing the direction of our product specialists and Landscape Architect. We offer customizable lawn maintenance packages starting at $25 per week. Our residential customers receive their own account manager with complementary site visits to promote the best quality.
We begin with a meeting to discuss what interests you and what your budget is. Based on your site conditions and surrounding environment we come up with the best possible design to enhance your space. All permits and Utility locales can be handled by our team to give you a stress free job site.
Our project coordinator who acts as a General Contractor for all your possible needs keeps the materials and specialized labor crews managed for a quick and seamless construction phase.When construction is complete, a maintenance proposal is drafted to include a watering schedule and care for hardscape surfaces and plant material.

Not just grass is who we recommend to everyone. They do our yard bi-weekly, they have installed bushes, flowers, and plants in our yard. This year alone they installed our amazing stone front patio and knocked out a small collapsing retaining wall in our back yard (not put in by them) and resodded our whole backyard! They have done several "cleanups" for us and several of our neighbors. They also do our neighbors yard bi-weekly. They have put a large patio in at one of our businesses and maintain several of our business properties throughout the year. Can't really say enough good things about not

Very dissatisfied. Did a nice job repairing the paver wall and spring cleanup, but after waiting what is now seven weeks for them to clean the paver patio and sand and seal the bricks due to discoloration that occurred when they power washed it, I have lost all confidence in this company. They assured us that they would fix the problem they… created and nothing has been done. We were told someone would be out two weeks ago and have not seen or heard from anyone. I would not recommend them and find their handling of this situation very unprofessional.
