For over 20 years we have used Skip and his fantastic crew for many events. From small gatherings to over 350 guests, indoor and outdoor. Always hot and tasty, with more than enough for those with bigger appetites. Most of our events are themed parties, from St. Patrick's Day corned beef and cabbage, July 4th BBQ with all the fixings to NYE offering appetizers, 3 meal choices, dessert and late night bites to enjoy as we ring in the New Year. We especially appreciate Skip's willingness to be creative in customizing the menu to fit our needs while offering tasty food at a real value

Thomas Catering was recommended to my organization (Boys & Girls Club) by another nonprofit that had nothing but great things to say. They were quick to respond to my inquiries, answered all my questions, and were very affordable! Unfortunately, we had to cancel an event and they were very kind and understanding. We would have loved to have worked with them and will recommend Thomas Catering to our contacts!

My family have used their catering service since 2012 all for private family gatherings for about 5 or 6 times now with guests averaging 50 to 100. Melissa, Skip and the entire crew are very courteous & business friendly. They listen and do their best to accommodate specific requests (food arrangements, condiment presentation, type of plates/utensils used, menu preferences, among other things). My wife and I including my relatives are happy with their overall service and food. Given them adequate time and space where the food will be catered buffet style, the presentation comes out awesome

Absolutely fantastic!! They catered our event tonight. Food was great and service was amazing. They did not miss one thing, their attention to detail cannot be topped!

This caterer served 150 people at a luncheon on 11/11/2016 and many attendees got severe food poisoning. Simple as that. It appears the potato salad was the culprit.

Have been to man y events at The Oasis that have been catered by Thomas Catering. Some of the best food I have ever had a a catered event.

We use Thomas Catering for our large group luncheons. They are able to accommodate 400 employees with ease. The food is always delicious and the most reasonably priced place in the area. The employees are so kinda and we love having them. They have been a loyal vendor for years and years and we look forward to using them many times throughout the year. You won't be disappointed!

Hired Thomas Catering for an event. Melissa emailed me an invoice (word document with no company name, address, logo, etc....) with the price that we agreed upon and I thought we were all set. I hired them to bring the food and serve it buffet style although this did not say so on the invoice. 24 hours before my event she called me to confirm the event which was nice but then she says to me, "We're just dropping the food off, right?" I said, "No, we paid the extra 15% to have it served. That was my whole point for having the event catered.....so I didn't have to serve

Thier turkey does not real good ( too dry ) we decide to go back to Steffy catering next year

My family used their service 4 times: christmas party in 2011, retirement in 2012, going away party in 2015, and 18th birthday in 2016. They have excellent & delicious food selections from salads, main course, to deserts. Their set-up and presentation is not just complete but elegant as well! Their staff is super courteous & very professional. Their attentionto detail is impressive with quality supplies down to plates, utensils , and napkins! I have used Thomas catering for most of my events they are the best, I highly recommend. They did a Christmas dinner for me at La Sierra University in Riverside for 350 Riverside County Foster youth it was great!

We use Thomas Catering for our office meetings and member appreciation events. They are friendly, professional, and the food is delicious! The chicken marsala is so moist and the bread is to die for. The guests at the events give nothing but compliments to "whoever you got that food from" :) They have even driven out to do an event for our Chino office! Top notch service and delicious food!!

Their chicken dishes are dry!!! Very nasty and their brownies for dessert are chalky tasting.

They cater at my work and I'm not sure why we go with them. And they seem to run out of food ... Poor planning Thomas

I received a few recommendations for Thomas Catering and decided to use them to cater a large family gathering. Melissa was very pleasant to work with during the planning phase but I was unfortunately very disappointed by the food and the presentation. To begin with, they used styrofoam plates even though I was specifically told that they would use heavy duty plastic. The potatoes and chicken marsala were mushy and overloaded with salt. The tri tip was dry and overcooked. The green bean almandine not only was void of any actual almonds, but it was surely from a can. The green salad was just chopped

Our seniors look forward to his creations and love our Community activities where Skip and his happy Crew show up to feed our over 100+ and our "shut ins" who appreciate a hot meal.
