I got rear ended by a lady that was reading a book while driving if u can believe that . I hurt my back pretty bad but her car insurance company All State wouldn’t give me any money to get checked out by a doctor or get some pain meds. It was the lady’s fault I thought that’s why Texas makes us have car insurance. Personally I can’t say enough about this law firm the quality is very heartfelt, The case coordinator is amazingly caring for her clients. Rachel Alverez makes you feel like family and there’s no fakeness in her actions in helping you. If 0 was an amount of stars. This is a scamming office. Run! They are not honest. I found them by way of a tow truck driver and no doubt they inflate bills to take your money. They change their fees as they go. They also don't return phone calls and fail to even tell you very important information. I had to call the ER room they referred my children and I to to find out the "2400" bill they said they charged...was really 275. After dealing with them you will have to seek a lawyer to sue this lawyer. You never speak with a real attorney and the staff don't act like they're working on your side.
