Desiree is bomb.com! She is super down to earth and exhibits the utmost professionalism. I went for a silk press with a trim. I told her what my goals were and she made the appropriate recommendations and plans to achieve them. I would absolutely recommend Her Final Touch Beauty Bar. I got a silk press by Desiree Monday. I work very long hours so most places are closed by the time I'm off. I was able to get a 9pm and my appointment lasted roughly an hour and a half. I haven't had my ends trimmed in a few years sotso was the main focus of my visit. She gave me a very modest trim. Not scissor happy at all, but what wasn't healthy was removed to ensure my hair growth journey is successful. While there, they made sure to sanitize between clients and was very attentive to my needs and preferences. I'm writing this in Friday and my hair has maintained the straightened texture. I

UPDATE 2/23/19 I changed my rating from a one star to a five star because I appreciate the shop owner and nail tech for working to make the situation right.
The ambiance of the shop is nice! But what disappointed me so much was the handling of my appt. I had an appt for 2:30 for a manicure and pedicure. My manicure wasn’t started until 4 and that was in between her doing someone else’s nails. I didn’t have time to stay any longer to get my pedicure done. I skipped the massage with my manicure because I was so strapped for time. I ended up not leaving the shop until 4:45 and without all the
