Regrettably, Dr. Christa has received pivotal news regarding her husband's Air Guard responsibilities. He will be transferred to the New York Air Guard for a full-time permanent assignment starting this summer. It is in the best interest of their family that Dr. Christa and her daughter will relocate with him.
Thus, with an extremely heavy heart, Horizon HealthWorks will not be having any more live face-to-face visits. Please know that this was an extremely difficult decision for Dr. Christa and her passion truly lies in assisting each person she has had the pleasure to work with! It is her pleasure to practice in her hometown offering health services to her beloved community.
With eleven years in practice, Dr. Christa Hubbard develops unique exercises and utilizes a variety of therapies to meet our patients' individual and specific needs. Dr. Christa's background in Mechanical Engineering, neuromuscular rehabilitation, and passion for sports performance results in custom-tailored treatments and exercises highly specific to each patient's goals.
