Nearly 20 yrs in healthcare and never have I seen such a dump. Promises made to remodels with nothing done. The owners are jokes. The patients are treated less than since they are not Jewish like the owners. Most of the staff are amazing unless you are an stna then its 50/50.

Our Mom has been a resident since mid Nov. 2020. Our family has nothing but PRAISE for the staff, management and the facility. In phone conversations our Mom indicates that the staff is very caring, friendly and respectful. Our personal and phone contacts with the staff have always been very informative and professional. We highly recommend Country Lane Gardens facility.

My wife is a patient and has been receiving terrible care medically and physically. Most of the food is not edible as I have actually tasted it.
This place needs to be shut down and criminal charges brought against the administrator and her staff. It is a total joke!!!

This place needs shut down!!!! I have never regretted anything more than placing my mom in their care. The food was slop. The care was horrible in every way. I had applied for Medicaid for my mom and was told by our attorney that I couldn't move her until her Medicaid was approved. I found out the Friday after she passed that it was finally approved :(

My Grandmother had stayed their only TWO DAYS because of how bad it was there. Peeling wallpaper and 70's decor is the beginning. They never locked her bed breaks and a woman was screaming about 10 minutes! Their food was the worst my Grandmother said gravy was water. THEY ONLY CHECKED ON HER ONCE FOR THE 2 DAYS SHE WAS THERE. As a STNA I AM ASHAMED OF THAT CARE! All of a sudden when we were taking her they busted their rears trying to make her stay. But I refuse to let my grandmother stay there when I know better. DISAPPOINTING.

This place is just horrible, especially the dietary staff and the slop they serve! They don’t serve food that my mother likes, nor do they serve enough. She’s lost weight and dinner consists of, egg salad, pudding, ice cream, tomato juice, chocolate milk! I asked for her to have some mashed potatoes and after waiting 30 minutes, nothing! No big surprise there though, this is almost daily, seriously! Last Tuesday she was served mashed potatoes and puréed bread instead of what was offered, chicken salad! I take pictures daily to prove it and when it’s brought to the staff in charge, nothing

This was the most horrible place. Had I got to visit the place before Lancaster hospital just out of no where said that mom was in squad to this place. Had I known the nastiest and most laziest nurses and aides I would have never let that squad get her out. Meals weren’t fit for a dog. For a health care facility the Health department needs to go unexpectedly so to witnesses exactly what a nasty place it is. As for the care there is none. Mom went for weeks with no shower and they other patients had a odor to them. Also I found out mom with demintia and a UTI was not getting none of her meds.
