I started seeing Dr. K and Dr. Kenny around 32 weeks of pregnancy. At this point I was desperate for relief from the crippling lower back pain and lightning crotch pains (shooting pain in the groin/pelvic area).

I had been told by everyone that the 3rd trimester is the worse and the body aches/pains are unavoidable. Dr. K and Dr. Kenny proved everyone wrong! After 2-3 weeks I had zero pain. The last 7 weeks of pregnancy were the absolute best. I was comfortable, sleeping better, and had lower anxiety. They taught me important stretches, informed me of teas/herbs and essential oils I could use

If I could give 10 stars to Dr. K, Daniel, and Kenny I would. Their massage, chiropractic, and acupuncture services are amazing, and I always leave the office relaxed, refreshed, and mentally grounded. All three practitioners are wonderful to work with - responsive, skilled, thoughtful, and accommodating. I greatly miss my weekly and bi-weekly appointments (thanks, COVID...) and can't wait to return to my wellbeing routine. Sending lots of love and thanks to these incredible healers. :)

The soft tissue/ massage work is fantastic here. Deep tissue and cupping are my favorite. The adjustments are gentle and you feel better instantly. My wife and children also love Dr. K. The pregnancy massage is my wife's favorite. The kids sleep better since starting with Dr. K.
Easy to book and the schedule is flexible. They are even open Sundays. The whole team is highly skilled. Try them out, you won't regret it.

Life saver. I had horrible back pain to the point where I felt like I was going to start needing a wheelchair. Couldn't walk a block without feeling like by legs and hips where gonna give out. And I would often feel short of breath. I went to the doctor and they did a whole work up. I was given pain medicine and my shortness of breath they associated with anxiety. Kristen is the best! She helped me recover from a severe ankle injury with a mix of exercises, acupuncture, and massage therapy. Since then, I still come to her regularly for full body massage work. She has incredible knowledge of chiropractic medicine and lets you know exactly what she's doing as she performs. I've had dozens, if not hundreds, of massages in my life, and Kristen is by far the best.

As an avid gym goer, graduate student, and all around hilariously poor posture model, it’s hard to find the space and place to get a quality adjustment.

I saw Dr. K. yesterday for the first time and was so impressed by her attentiveness to my needs, her professionalism, and approach to treatment. I appreciated her constant communication during our session and always asking is I was comfortable. Dr. K was amazing and offered at home techniques I could try in between visits. I cannot say enough great things about Dr K! I began seeing her towards the end of my pregnancy and have continued postpartum. My family and I have been going to Dr. Kristen Kozasky for approximately 3 months (once a week) now and she is a phenomenal chiropractor ! We are all very satisfied at how she treats all of us as patients. She listens carefully to the physical pain you're describing to ensure that you're receiving the right treatment, and is very well informed in her craft (she often suggests what we can be doing at home to help the healing process). I highly recommend POP Chiropractic. I have been a client of one massage therapist, Daniel, for several years and I am soo glad he has joined his sister at POP Chiropractic. Both of their services are excellent. They put a lot of time and energy in the decor to give you a relaxing experience and their services are very professional and feel reenergized when you leave.

I normally do not write Yelp reviews but really wanted to share my experience regarding Dr. Kristen Kozasky. I met Dr. Kristen when she worked in Downey - loved her then - love her now. I happily followed her to Lawndale when she opened up her practice. Dr. Kristen really listens to what my muscle/joint problems are and develops a treatment for me. I appreciate the various therapies that she uses to treat her patients. Dr. Kristen is an outstanding chiropractor and I enthusiastically recommend her for your chiropractic needs.

Dr. Kozasky has been a god send to me, and I wouldn't trust anyone else! She's been helping me for a couple years now and has helped so much with my aches, pains, injuries, and overall health. Really do love her!
