Quamec helped me find the best unit for my house and the price was better than any other company. They were very professional and their techs were very knowledgeable.

Techs were very professional and very efficient, and arrived at the exact time they said they would, Explained the whole process and repair. The office was also quick to schedule my appointment and follow up with my phone call. Definitely recommend Quamec.

Critical: Responsiveness
When I bought the new air conditioner unit I was told that they would provide 2 years of warranty for repairs. I was within the 2 years and called the company and got no answer. I left a message and asked them to please call me and they never did. The unit has been repaired but not by them. I would never buy from them again.

Stay away. Installed new unit and vents. Sold me Amana on warranty. After 2 years unit was not working. Called them told them I thought it was the capacitor. They said it was $450 and not covered under warranty. Called another company and they changed it for $130. They didn’t even care to come see what it was. Worst customer service. Un profesional.

I don't know if this is a new management or something, Last year the service was great, young staffs and most of all Faris the project manager took care of me very well.
I still have my 2 years free labor ,10 years warranty on coils and part and Lifetime warranty on compressor however they turn me now. We have a feeling that AC was not as cool as before even we changed the filter every 2 months( Mert12 normally required 3 month).
I submitted the request online, the tech showed up and checked..More mature tech came in not the young staff like before ..he's 2.30 hours late from

They charged $ 785 to replace a blower that didn't need to be replaced and I only spent $ 0.98 to repair it myself.
$ 135 for the visit (which is not deducted if you authorize the service) plus $ 650 to replace the blower ... I told the technician that the blower was fine and all needed was to replace a small plastic hose of approximately 5 inches.
Wow, it didn't work ... $ 785 was the price and obviously I didn't authorize it.
I paid them the $ 135 for the visit and went to ACE Hardware to buy the hose which cost $ 0.98.
Congratulations for the excellent service Quamec !!!

Unbelievable. Those guys told me they could come on Friday. I reshuffled all of my appointments and spent my entire day waiting for them. I tried to call and text, no answer. I then tried to call/text them for a week. Still no answer. Very unprofessional. On top of that my neighbors who used them were not happy either

I bought a new American Standard package unit from Quamec about two years ago and was extremely happy with everything, the price, the quality and especially everybody I dealt with at the company from the salesman, the office employees and the service technicians. However I'm writing this review now because unfortunately my a/c stopped blowing cold air a couple nights ago. I called and spoke to Natalie and Myra who were both awesome and got a tech out the next day. It was diagnosed as a bad blower motor which is under warranty and would be replaced with only a service call charge. Unfortunately

A lot of promises when I was first contacted but none fulfilled, technician arrived at wrong time, spoke only Spanish, took almost twice the time to replace old unit, had no idea how to install and spent over an hour getting instructions over phone, disappeared without giving me a receipt for payment or explaining new unit functioning, failed to do ducts inspection as promised, manager took over a week to send a receipt and service was not completed at all, and no response or follow up given by manager after complains of poor service. DON'T FALL FOR THAT. HIRE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. THEY ARE

Do not do business with this company. I paid to have my A/C installed with permits. The A/C did not pass inspection so a tech from the company was dispatched to fix the problems. While he was there he made matters worst which resulted in my floors being damaged. Another tech was dispatched to fix that problem. I have been getting the run around since June 2016 regarding this issue. The owner Oreste refuse to take responsibility for the problem, he will not acknowledge his worker caused the issue and stopped answering all my phone calls.
