Fort Bragg Bakery Breads are baked fresh daily, using traditional European techniques & high quality ORGANIC flours. We use a natural, organic levain (sourdough starter) that not only adds tremendous flavor to our breads, but also increases their shelf life. Hold the baguette up to your ear and hear the crackle!

Using a traditional French recipe and baking technique developed by our French head baker, Philippe. Taste what we think is one of the best baguettes this side of the Atlantic. A Mediterranean-style baguette, robustly flavored with black olives and thyme. Our generous interpretation of the Italian slipper-shaped bread.
