Services
Craftsman elevation 5 level split home. This home can be built with a craftsman elevation as well as a traditional elevation. The two story great room can be closed in and a bonus room or 5th bedroom can be added to the second floor. Finishing the basement provides another option for more square footage.
Very open 2 story floor plan with first floor den. Kitchen, kitchen eating area, and great room are open to each other, perfect for entertaining. The mud room/laundry area is right off of the garage. Second floor has the master suite with master spa bath plus three additional bedrooms, two additional full baths plus a bonus room.
This floor plan offer many options. The first floor bedroom can serve as a second den, a living room, a sun room or we can delete the wall and make it part of the great room. On the second floor we can delete the two story great room and add an additional bedroom or bonus room. We are a true custom builder.
We invite you to browse our collection of conceptual designs. These are brand new homes which we've not yet built, but each one has floor plans and sketches of the front elevations. These preliminary plans include all the details necessary to begin the final construction drawings, but just haven't made it off our drawing table.
