So today, June 20, 2017 I stopped at Youngs Jewelers because I live in Englewood & have seen the commercials on TV. They claim they treat you like family. Yeah right... The sign on the door says they close @ 5:00 pm, the "OPEN" sign was lit. It was 4:40 & the doors were locked. The guy held up his finger signaling for me to hold on. When he opened the door I told him all that I needed was a watch battery, to which his reply was " Oh, too late for that" & shut the door. So, what? If I wanted to purchase a diamond or something expensive, he would have let me in? I Will NEVER EVER use them for ANYTHING

I have been going to Young's Jewelry for over 15 years! They always have exactly what I'm looking for! I recently took my diamond ring in to have repaired .
Mrs. Young said it would be done in one week. I was so pleasantly surprised when she called me 2 days later and my ring was ready ! Beautifully repaired and looking brand new! I highly recommend them! !!!

I brought in an expensive custom braclet- on my wrist for 7 years. The lobster clasp became lose in staying closed.
I drop it off- called to pick it up. I get a big surprise- $200 for a clasp! A quick search on Net- 14kt- can’t even find one for over $50.
‘He used a super duty clasp- that will take care of it’.
I wear it maybe 2 days- 4 max- thing falls of my wrist- clasp is wide open.
I’m from out if town- everytime I try to bring it back - there is a sign in the door ‘back on such and such date’.
Today I find it open. I just got a call- ‘you snagged it on

The owners of Young's Creative Jewelry are so nice. They treat you like family and they have the most beautiful selection of jewelry. They also have some very unique pieces that you won't find anywhere else. I have bought several pieces and will always go to them for my Jewelry. I live in NC and will drive the 12 hours just to go to them.

Stopped by Youngs Jewelry this morning. The owner's wife was very kind, helpful and accommodating. Had a few pieces of gold that were broken or damaged. She had a gorgeous necklace and I bought it for a very reasonable price. This place is awesome and I'll do business with them again! Great Christmas shopping place! Lots of beautiful jewelry priced to sell.

I wasn't going to write this review, because it was last year when I experienced this but I brought in an antique ring with 2 diamonds in it, one of which had fallen out. It was my grandmothers ring so about 80 years old.....I felt very uncomfortable leaving it with anyone but new to the area I went to Youngs. The wife helped me, she tested the diamonds with a tool showing they were real, commented on the uniqueness of the cuts of the stones. It took over 3 weeks to repair which was terrible, he was at a show or something so out of town. When I came to pick it up, Mr Young helped me and ruched
