Since 1996, Snider & Horner, PLLC has been a results-oriented law practice that takes an aggressive approach both in solving its clients' current problems and in anticipating future contingencies that can be met with preventive law solutions. At Snider & Horner, PLLC, we utilize decades of legal experience in our areas of practice to provide strong representation. As veterans in our practice areas, our attorneys have been offering compassionate, client-centered service and aggressive courtroom advocacy since 1996. Several unique traits set our firm apart from others.
Fee schedules and rates are determined on a case-by-case basis by the attorney reviewing the case. Depending on the nature of your legal needs, we may take your case on a contingency basis. This means that we take a percentage of the amount paid to you instead of billing you by the hour. However, you may have to pay an initial nonrefundable minimum fee depending on the type and complexity of your case.
No matter how many preventative measures we take to protect ourselves from accidents - from wearing our seat belts in the car to following protocol when operating machinery at work - we cannot control someone else's negligence or prevent other people's mistakes. This outfit practices law in Tennessee -- but read their reviews on Google and Facebook. You see clients from California, Florida, New Jersey, Illinois -- but almost no one from Tennessee. What does this tell you? Tells me these guys are phony. Why should anyone take their word on anything? Did they take your call, talk to you for 10 minutes, then bill you $1000 for 2 hours of work? Who knows? I'm not going to sign their agreement to hire them to find out!

What kind of an attorney's office says they handle cases against companies like Ford and then cancels an appointment???? I ask, make an appointment and then two hours later hear that another customer is more important. I needed answers by the end of day tomorrow. Then you say you are not available until next week. Find another job or be a man and stick to your word. So disappointed. You can cancel my other case as I don't deal with "second hand car dealer lawyers"
