Look no further! This doctor is pure MAGIC! I cannot recommend Dr. Desi enough! I have been to MANY chiropractors over the years, some okay, some horrible, some did the trick for a little while but cost me thousands of dollars and the issues came back. When I first went to see Dr. Desi a few years ago after spending thousands of dollars seeing a chiropractor 3 times a week for months to address my low back pain, that not only came back but even worse, I immediately felt relief. I started seeing Desi a few years ago. I referred my son, mother, wife. I had never see a chiropractor before so I didn't know what to expect. I do now. This office isn't interested in healing you, they are interested in booking your next appointment. For those of you who have seen him regularly will know exactly what Im talking about. I pinched a nerve in my back in my sleep and was sooo worried I wouldn't find a chiropractor during covid but Carlsbad Chiropractic were open and even helped me out with a cut in price, as I do not have insurance and the doctor saw I really needed to be seen multiple times in one week, and as being young and single, he helped me out a little with the price, even selling me a back brace at nearly no cost that saved me at my beertending job. I'm a martial artist and have been to chiropractors my entire life. Most have been good, others seemed to only care more about getting as much dough out of their patients as possible. So I've been exposed to a variety of different environments/procedures in the business.

Really love Dr. Desi and his staff. I shopped around a bit to find a knowledgeable chiropractor with pleasant office staff, because that is important as well. Dr. Desi identified the problem area right away and brought needed relief. You can tell he has a lot of experience and knows what he's doing. He and his staff are so accommodating and willing to try to get me in when I have a problem. Doctor Gamboa is a truly gifted chiropractor. His experience and demeanor shine through in the first meeting, he really knew where I was hurting and how to help me. I had a particularly difficult upper rib injury, and after a few years of suffering I developed frozen shoulder on the same side. The adjustments he did brought me relief right away, and after a few weeks my injuries are no longer running my life. You won't be disappointed with this office. Look no further. Dr. Desi is the chiropractor to go to! I came after having my first son and suffering from chronic headaches. After 3 visits I stopped having these headaches completely! I came back for a back issue after having my second son. I could barely walk and was in a ton of pain. After 3 visits I felt night and day difference! My husband was skeptical, but went after a motorcycle accident. He was having chronic neck pain and after a few visits has not had any pain. My neighbor referred me to Dr. Desi when I moved to Carlsbad. I loved my Carmel Valley chiropractor so I struggled to be willing to try someone new but, it was getting to be too far to drive so I switched to Dr. Desi 6+ months ago and he is wonderful too. I don't know why everyone doesn't use chiropractic to resolve headaches, body pain, etc. I dislike taking pills and find with all the sports I do I need to be put back in alignment sometimes and Dr. Desi does it every time. Dr. Gamboa is super amazing. Always remembers me every time I go in and always super cheerful and happy to see me. The first time I went in I have never had an adjustment that knarly, and I'm little only 5'0'' so he basically cracked everything in me but, I felt so much better after that one visit after him. I started to see him after I tweeked my back from a tumbling incident but, He is by far the best I have seen and my favorite.

Dr. Desi is awesome. I've never done chiropractic in my life so I was skeptical but Dr. Desi was very kind and very detailed about what he does. I've never heard my bones crack the way it did but it sure does feel good. I do highly recommend this place and seeing Dr. Desi if you've never done it before.
