We are located in the picturesque town of Colrain, Massachusetts, nestled on a knoll at the end of a secluded dirt road. Our three-bedroom farmhouse is 170 years old and features a separate rec room and an outdoor hot tub on 545 acres. Come explore on foot, cross-country skis, snowshoes, mountain bike, or on your own horse. For our guests bringing horses, a four-stall barn is available. We hope to see you soon!

Our cozy farmhouse has a large kitchen and pantry, laundry room, dining room, comfy living room with woodstove, TV and DVD, free WiFi, and three bedrooms all with private baths. The outdoor hot tub faces majestic views into Vermont. Our rec room has a ping-pong table, puzzles, and games. A large mudroom off the kitchen stores your tack and sporting gear.
Nearby Shelburne Falls and Historic Deerfield feature quaint shops, antiques, local artists, and farm stands in season. We are also close to stores, golf courses, and the Mt. Snow ski area in Wilmington, Vermont. Mass MoCA (Museum of Contemporary Art) in North Adams, Clark Art Institute in Williamstown, and the Five College towns of Northampton and Amherst are just a short scenic drive away.
House rental = $330 per night for two to five nights, minimum two-night stay (six nights or more = $300 per night). HORSE POLICY: For guests who bring their own horses, our stall rate per day is $40 (includes shavings, and use of electric-fenced pasture and stall; stall maintenance or feed is not included).
