Mark Davisson is originally from Iowa. He moved to Colorado in the early 80s where he worked in a variety of construction jobs. He started Mark Davisson Homes in 1984. He and his wife, Brenda live in Eaton where they enjoy their grandchildren and spending time with friends and family. Mark places a high priority on customer satisfaction. Mark takes pride in his work and values the relationships he builds with each customer. Mark's passion is building quality custom homes that are efficient and beautiful.

Mark Davisson Homes has built hundreds of homes for families in Greeley and surrounding communities. We are experienced with Colorado building codes and have a long standing relationship with subcontractors who are reliable and meet our quality standards. We primarily build custom single family homes.
To ensure that we deliver quality construction, we follow a few simple steps to manage your construction project. If you already have land for your new home, we will help to determine orientation, elevations, views, access and utility accessibility. Looking for a location? We can help. At this point we enter into the design phase and begin drafting floorplans and elevations.
