Services
Momentum Physical Therapy, LLC builds relationships with each and every patient as though they are family. We offer special programs that are not found anywhere else. Recently principles of LSVT LOUD were applied to limb movement in people with Parkinson disease (LSVT BIG) and have been documented to be effective in the short term.
The Key to successful rehabilitation and recovery is a complete evaluation and assessment. Through the use of manual therapy, the physical therapist is able to provide pressure and resistance when and where it is needed most. This technique is used throughout the movement for functional strengthening and optimal muscle control.
Physical therapists are experts in improving mobility and motion, and pain-free movement is crucial to your quality of daily life, your ability to earn a living, your ability to pursue your favorite leisure activities, and so much more. Movement can help you prevent obesity, which may be responsible for at least 18% of US adult deaths.

Words can not express what a phenomenal place this is. They don’t treat you like another patient to get through for the day, you’re part of the family. In five months I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the staff. They’re knowledge and passion for what they do sets a very high standard. Having had worked in the field myself I’m comfortable saying you’ll not be disappointed. Keep the momentum going!

I had such a wonderful experience. Staff was very friendly, I was een right away. I worked with Kayla the owner/ Physical therapist and she was so kind and addressed all my need as well as help me feel relief the same day and came up with a great game plan for a solution to my pain.
