We did an extensive remodel on the second floor of our home which included moving walls, gutting a master bath, installing a custom closet with built in dressers. We also replaced carpeting with wood flooring. Roy Garrand of Tartan Homes handled our remodel with open ears and a can do attitude. His subcontractors are a talented group the likes of whom we've not encountered in past remodels.

We used Tartan Homes and had a great experience. Our project was fairly large and they worked on our house for around six weeks. All work was done with high quality and attention to detail. The workers were all extremely competent, nice, and conscientious. Roy was on time for every scheduled appointment and handled every change and request we had extremely well. I would use them again for any project and highly recommend Tartan Homes.

Tartan Homes remodeled two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and two bedrooms on time and within budget. We went from studs to finish out in six weeks. Even with the additional project we added to Roy’s list he still delivered on time. They were quick, efficient and flexible and did a quality job from start to finish. When problems came up Roy offered practical solutions, which made a tremendous difference to us. I had Roy and his crew remodel my kitchen, gut my master bath, exchange closet direction between bedrooms, move my laundry from the garage to a closet inside and create a brand new outdoor patio. The team did an excellent job, and I'm wildly satisfied. The guys showed up every day to do a little bit of work no matter how small that amount of work was, and the only non-working days were over a holiday weekend. The timeline was pretty much exactly as Roy had estimated, and the bid estimate was close to the original negotiated bid. I say close to because we did have a couple of surprise repairs that

It has been a few months now since we had Tartan Homes and Remodeling convert our double garage doors into a single door. We are extremely pleased with the work that was done of which included everything from having to put in a new beam, move electrical and remove and replace the brick above and around the door. I was so worried the mortar wouldn’t match but it turned out great! Roy and his crew were punctual and tolerant of a picky woman...lol Thank You!
