BEST BIKE SHOP AROUND!
After shopping around and having dealt with the other motorcycle dealerships here in town I decided to look at Thunder Alley with not much hope. My past experience with other shops was never anything great and the sales teams always seemed less than impressive. I was wrong! From my very first interaction with Thunder Ally I was happy and impressed. Ben was more than helpful, didn’t make me feel belittled or try and push me to a bigger/more expensive bike. The sales team, service department, and finance department all gave the same great service. Im loving my new to me

Love this place. AJ in service is a motorcycle wizard and a good guy. I'm taking a trip to California on my victory and he got me in for a tune in time for it. Ben the GM is a good dude too. Straight up with you and nice to talk to. If you need work done on your bike or you want an American made bike for waaaaaay less than a Harley.... this is your place

Just bought an Indian Chieftain from Thunder Alley Motorsports. This is absolutely the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with! Zero pressure here. You are not going to be mauled when you walk in the door!!!! The entire staff is super friendly and our buying experience was one to remember. A special thanks goes out to our salesman Jack and the general manager Ben. When the sale was complete they welcomed us to the Thunder Alley family! Unexpected Service! I remember a time when doing more "going the extra mile" for customers seemed the proper way to garnish repeat business. For many years, I've not noticed that type of service until I chose Thunder Alley Motorsports (TAM). I needed two tires replaced, and the schedule for the Yamaha service department in Prosser was full for ~ 3 weeks. TAM worked me into their schedule. Their service fees were quoted essentially the same at both locations, so for me, a first time customer to either place, and living essentially dead center between them, I chose whomever could get me back onto
