First of all, Debbie is incredible to work with. Tremendous experience, lovely personality, understands home security in a way that few people do in the entire country. She has been in this business for over thirty years. Remarkable. Then the actual installation team with Marshall Jr at the helm. They were able to get the install done rapidly in a house that presents considerable challenges. Beautiful aesthetic work and done with incredible efficiency. I cannot rate them highly enough. We recently had a Marshall Alarm System installed at our house and the experience was top-notch. They came highly recommended by our neighbors, so no surprise that things went smoothly, but Debbie was a pleasure to deal with from the outset in terms of assessing our situation and making a recommendation for an alarm system. The install team arrived as scheduled on the day of install, and were super-professional throughout with respect to their work (workmanship & cleanliness), as well as the instructions they provided for using the system. My primary concern was converting my system from an old nationwide provider. The team at Marshall provided the most input, concise planning, and all things considered was a good price point as well. The installation went smooth and the introduction to the system as well. As someone accustomed to using alarm systems everything else was a breeze, but the icing on the cake was knowing I have direct contact with a local representative, but hopefully I will never need that. Good to know though!
