They first did the inspection, they showed up on time and very professional. When they came out to spray, Cory showed up on time, very friendly and helpful, the service comes out every month. Never had a problem.

AIM does a great job, both on site and back office/customer service.
Onsite, the products used are great. No smell or residue, pet and plant safe, and long lasting (I get bi-monthly service.). Domingo makes sure to get in all corners and crevices, and remembers special needs or requests from service to service. He always wears a mask and is very respectful of my home and pets.
The office team is also great. No pushing unnecessary services, billing is super simple with flexible plans and pricing based in needs.
