Leinbach Auction & Realty, LLC was founded in the early 1990's by Todd A. Leinbach in Arcadia, NC. The company has since grown from doing a few small estates a year to selling millions each year. This growth has been the result of the hard labor and dedication by Todd, his Wife Donna, the rest of his entire family, and his team of dedicated staff members.
To leave an absentee bid we ask that bidders contact us ahead of time. It is best for the bidder to contact us via phone and speak to someone regarding the particular item and the bid amount that they would like to leave. Please note that there will be a 20% buyer's premium attached to every absentee bid unless special circumstances are discussed between auctioneer Todd Leinbach and the bidder.

Best Auction House in NC. . . Todd Leinbach is the most honest Auctioneer I know. . . Gives you the chance to check all electric purchases. . . Never a buyer's fee. . . And they take credit cards without a hanldling fee. . . Food and refreshments are always available. . . Clean bathrooms and spotless facility. . . The New Grill is Awesome, made to order burgers and waffle fries. . . My favorite is the Mushroom & Swiss. . . Helpful, Knowledgeable, Friendly Staff. . . We'd talked to a few auctioneers before we decided to go with Todd Leinbach. None of them showed the interest in our estate goods and had the good reputation and following that Todd has, and we have been very satisfied with his services. Much research goes into the work they do, and we feel like Todd has done better than anyone would have done for us in the area. Todd is someone we trust and has been a blessing to our family!
