If you are looking for just a stopover, this is fine. Anything beyond stopover move on. Our front door was literally two feet from neighbors sewer. Not even space for a picnic table which explains why there are none. Mostly permanent campers. Fortunately there weren’t any neighbors, just campers pulling in to dump. So many nicer campgrounds in the area. May be a few dollars more but IMO, would be well worth it.
