Fun little winery in a beautiful setting. The grounds are gorgeous and spacious with a pond and paths. They have live music on weekends with a surrounding patio that helps block cool breezes. Twinkle lights are wrapped around the surrounding trees and I can imagine how beautiful it would look at night. They do offer small appetizers with flights of wine. We tried both the red flights and preferred the bottle of Tempranillo.

Our wedding at The Windmill Winery was above and beyond what I had ever imagined. From the day we locked in our date and until after the wedding when we had to return for items left behind, the experience was exceptional. The employees genuinely make you feel welcome and do not make you feel like “just another customer.”
Our ceremony was held at at The Arches which have a naturally beautiful setting. The reception was held in The Barn which is not only rustic but the lighting all throughout the barn makes it elegant.
The vendors offered were hard to choose from because they all great! On

Loved the outdoor setting. Wine was nice. Would prefer to have some history about the winery. Gave you a sheet telling you what flavors and aromas you should taste, but not like other wineries who give you history on wines. Had to go to window to get your order.

Nice big patio with live entertainment. Always a food truck in case you're hungry. Beautiful setting. Great place to hang out, especially if you prefer outdoor gatherings.

Always a great place to experience with friends, family or alone. It has beautiful views of the lake. Some night's there's music so check out the events calendar and dress for the evening desert weather in the fall and winter it can get cold. ❄️. But, mostly just be ready to come and have fun.

Very charming and unique! It's outside of Florence, more of a destination.
They don't serve food, but have a food truck on the property. Unfortunately all food was very spicy and hot, not made for my palate.
This cut my visit short. But if I were again in the neighborhood, would definitely come back, after having eaten somewhere else before.

Brides & Grooms…If you are in search of the perfect venue, The Windmill Winery is the place to start! From the very first time we photographed a wedding at "The Windmill Winery" we absolutely fell in love with this place, and it became our absolute favorite place to photograph weddings! Me (Filippo) and Kelly are the head photographers with “AZ Wedding Photographer”, we have photographed many hundreds of weddings at many different venues, but this is the ultimate wedding venue destination in the valley. It is a magical and romantic venue that blends many options of dreamy outdoor ceremony

Went to a wedding here and it was beautiful. The barn was the main venue, sting lights hung and cover the posts in the barn. There was a firepit and lawn games as well as nice outdoor seating scattered around the area. So beautiful!

My niece's wedding was held here in November. This is a beautiful setting with the wedding being held in a courtyard and a tasty buffet dinner in the barn. Take my advice, you need to visit and see for yourself. The staff was very friendly, food good and the way the staff organized the service, dinner and bar was impressive.

We got married at the Windmill Winery in November 2019 at the brick arches and red barn. From start to finish everything went along with ease, and I always felt my questions and needs were not only heard but action was taken in making our once in a life time day become a reality. We started our Windmill Winery journey with Tana Sheets, she was amazing! She helped draft our contract and help guide us in making sure all the little details important to us were considered and communicated through to our venue support team. Karen Durham was our assigned coordinator; she too went above and beyond ensuring

This place is beautiful, our friends wedding was so nice. However, Stephanie the wedding coordinator was so awful to the bride and the bridesmaids. She was not helpful, made this very stressful and was extremely rude the the bridal party. Every piece of information given to us about the rehearsal dinner was wrong, we showed up to the venue in the morning to be told we can't be there, but we were told we could. It was just frustrating to have a coordinator that was useless. The bride was happy at the end of the day and that's because the venue and the DJ/food was amazing.

Honestly, it's a bummer... this rather charming property was ruined by poor customer service. Being rude to your customers isn't the best way of getting return business. It truly tainted our experience for the evening. And this is coming from a currently engaged couple who are still searching for a wedding venue as well... Hope they treat you better.

UPDATED to a 1 star because even after my expressed concerns and being upset the venue still hasn't decided to reach out to talk. I was told to call the office manager myself, while owner KATIE sits and hides like usual. I will start by saying, the wedding went well and we had little to no hiccups throughout the day, but PLEASE make sure you document or record all conversations you have with this venue as one person will tell you one thing and another will say something else. We did a tour and wanted to wait until the next open house Monday to show my fiancé, but the sales girl pushed us

I cannot say enough good things about this venue. The value you get for the price is unsurpassable and the venue is absolutely gorgeous. Added bonus was the all-inclusive feature of catering, DJ and cake being part of the package. There are several vendors to choose from in each category and everything is absolutely amazing. We received tons of compliments from our guests and everyone had a fabulous time. Our Event Coordinator, Karen, helped to ensure that everything went absolutely smooth and as planned...there were no hidden surprises taking away from the happiness and beauty of the day

Just got married here this weekend. There were so many pros rather than cons for everything involved!

The only con I care to mention has more to do with the hotel than the venue, however I'm mentioning it because it's the ONLY hotel for about 20 Miles. If you have lots of family traveling to the venue you need to plan ahead and reserve rooms. The hotel was completely booked 4 months before our wedding.

The pro's:
The venue is truly magical. Every single part of it is picture perfect and gives you that rustic wow factor you think you can only dream of. All of our guests were completely

I love this property! Great venues! Some of the best in the United States. Absolutely beautiful and romantic to walk. Three lakes and incredible grounds.

Brie cheese, baguettes, and a shade Tree. Dribble off those Bobby Brooks and let me do what I please...

Flower Farm located at the north of the property. Guys grab the hint and you should do well. If not, you don't get it. Lol.

Tasting room is nice and comfortable. List is mostly based with Chilean wines. Go figure????? Well, they are decent. So no complaints.
Check out their website for sure. You will dig it!

We came here for a wedding and it was just beautiful. The barn was nicely decorated and well ventilated. The cocktail hour was delicious and the wedding was warm but at least we were not facing the sun. Overall it was a very beautiful venue. We have one in california very similar and seems to run smoothly since they do many special events there.

I do not regret choosing my wedding venue at the Windmill Winery! We have spent several hours researching for venues that were in the Phoenix area that depicts the dream rustic chic wedding I wanted. We went to a few venues and never got the "wow" factor in any of them.

Driving to this venue was a pain - don't get me wrong. You feel like you are driving in the middle of nowhere because well, you are. However, right when you set foot in the property, it's like a different world. It's beautiful, it's charming, it's rustic, it's calming, it's everything
