Coastal Power Washing is a family owned and operated power washing company. My name is Bill Carew and I have been in business since 2008 serving Atlantic and Cape May Counties. Years have passed and with them I have gained valuable experience and insights. One misconception is that more pressure is always better; however, I have found that less pressure combined with higher GPM (gallons per minute) gives better results while minimizing damage.
Every day your home, apartment and outdoor amenities are exposed to harmful ultra-violent rays, wind, rain, dirt and grime that are harsh on surfaces and cause them to degrade and discolor. Mold, mildew, pollen, automotive exhaust and smoke take their toll on your home and if not regularly maintained can cause costly repairs and reduce property values.
Soft washing is a cleaning method using low pressure and specialized solutions (typically bleach, water, and sometimes a surfactant) to safely remove mildew, bacteria, algae and other organic stains from roofs and other building exteriors. The term power washing can be a bit of a misnomer. It often brings up myths and confusion about what the service actually entails.

I contacted Coastal Power Washing to have them power wash our home. Normally I do it myself, but my busy schedule just wouldn't allow it.
They were quick to reply, easy to set up a date with, and did exactly what they said they would do. I had to contact them regarding our water attachment system (aquor), and they were fast and easy regarding that as well. Top notch all around and our home looks fantastic. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time power washing my house and what a great experience Coastal made it! Bill was extremely knowledgeable and I couldn’t believe how good my house looked when they were finished! And they also have very competitive pricing too! This is something that I’ll be doing every year now with this company, they’re the best around!

Bill showed up on time and appeared professional. His equipment looked top notch and it showed! My house was a pretty easy job with no balconies but man the house is so clean I was seriously impressed. He even explained how his equipment worked and gave me a short lesson on the solution. I'm going to use these guys every year and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent power washing company.
