Hidden Customs Tinting

Dropped my truck off August 19th and was told 7 to 10 days. Today's 11/22/21, still no truck and our messages tell the story. I wont bash the man or his place of business. Im a local business owner myself. I never wanted to do this. I support local businesses!!
*Update*
I located my truck today at magic audio at 600 N Main St Lexington NC in a million pieces. Mark Thomason (owner) has been telling me "my truck would be ready today) since November 2nd (per my text messages in the pictures posted) the last 12 pictures in this post are my truck as of 9a.m. this morning 11/23/21 @ magic audio.

I was texted 30 minutes before drop off for tinted windows to reschedule cause of Covid. I rescheduled for Monday and the day before drop off I was refunded for the Groupon I brought. I was notified from company through text about refund because they were mad over a review. I was not called at all. Showed little support for the cancellation of a appointment I’ve been waiting for for weeks. Very unprofessional.

Mark was very professional and a little goofy but I still took a chance with this hole in wall shop and glad I did. I saved money on my tint with the Groupon ad and it was done quickly than other places I've been too with cars in the past. I had to wait outside because I didn't have a mask which was my only complaint but some lady kept me company I assume she works there or I met a really kind random person also getting work done. All in all good experience, great tint work done and can't beat the price at all compared. I can now be in privacy! Thank you Mark and nice lady!

Scheduled two appointments through Groupon and the owner refunded both. He stated he had a COVID test scheduled and could not make the first appointment but wanted to reschedule 2 days later. He is overbooked and can’t make true on appointments

Where to start.... purchased a Groupon for automatic start. We had a couple of scheduling issues, first time he needed a part. 2nd time I forgot to bring both keys. 3rd time he had a doctors appointment. So 4 time the day before he text me and said that they had water issues and to take it a different shop. Day of my install he said never mind bring it the first location. So I get there and the Groupon is already marked redeemed. Red flag but I wanted the remote start. So he then informs me that the automatic start Is going to take an entire day!!... Oh yeah he had to order the part. Which was
