I would recommend never doing business with this company, we completed a project for this company in February and we have not been paid yet. Looking at legal action now in an effort to get paid for the work completed.
Update - Took legal action against this company and finally got paid, Took almost year to get final payment from this company. 12/30/20

Horrible company in all aspects. We were a sub-contractor on a Menard's project and Jayger stopped paying us, as well as other subs. We had to file a lien and ended up settling with Menards directly for a portion, and are still trying to recover the remaining amount - over $40,000. We went months without payment and Brian Harris ignored every attempt at communication. We had to return early from a business engagement overseas and physically drive to Lenexa, KS, in order to try and get answers.
