Renaissance Renovations has been a Brighton remodeling contractor since 1991 with a fully professional design-build service that specializes in home expansion and re-design. Existing homes have unlimited potential and can be upgraded to include the features and amenities that today's new homes offer.
For this custom deck project, our customer had an old wooden deck on their house, and they wanted it rebuilt. We started by tearing it apart and rebuilding with new composite decking, and a new raili. Renaissance Renovations did a total transformation of this kitchen, which included expanding the space by 144 square feet.

Loving our new deck, it’s beautiful. The staff at Renaissance Renovations were easy to work with and take pride in their work and making sure your project is exactly as you want it. Quality craftsmanship, and the work area was always as neat as could be. We had one small issue with a corner edging and they came right out to fix it. Will definitely use them again if we ever have the need.
