Find someone else. They can’t take down a simple credit card number for an order. Even after we corrected the mistake (a week after the first call), they still couldn’t get it right and called again a week later. Their customer service is poor at best.
UPDATE: The issue was finally resolved from within. Thus I've updated my rating to 3 stars.

I switched from Walgreens to Pathways a few years ago after using Walgreens for over 20+ years. At first I was angry and very skeptical but the Medicaid insurance I was switched to Walgreens did not accept it, so I did not have a choice in the matter. My pain management dr recommended Pathways to me after trying every local CVS and Wal-Mart, none of them even carried the pain medication that the Dr wrote for me.. Pathways not only carried it but they transferred all of my prescriptions over from Walgreens for me and I have never had any issues with any of them since. Now that I have gotten to know

The pharmacist are great they go out of their way and do everything they can for you. Now the technicians There a totally different story they want to sit there and say don’t get an attitude it’s too early instead of actually walking and seeing that you only got a partial fill because they don’t want to do their job. You were in the customer service industry if you can’t handle it maybe it’s not the right place for you. It’s something crawled up your rear and you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on the customers that’s getting their medication there for you to have a job

This pharmacy is fantastic!! Like really caring & interacting with their customers.
I have never had a pharmacy call to ask if I was ok with the price of an Rx. I've never had one I could reach out to through text or email. And for sure, I've never had a pharmacy that said they could deliver my Rx because I couldn't get there during their open hours!!
Their response time & understanding of my concerns is unbelievable. The convenience of a business phone to 'text' back & forth is just so awesome!!
I found them due to my new uncommon prescription - & am so happy I did!! Hard to find 'small town

I have been with Pathway for about a year and a half. I am very happy with my service! They are always friendly and go out of their way to make you happy! I travel a lot and they have always been so great with getting me my necessary medications no matter where I am! I have been with chain pharmacies for years and with them I am just another number and they do not care! At Pathway they know me and greet me when I come In by my name and that makes me feel good! Paul has always made me feel welcome and makes sure I get my medications on time! I am beyond happy I found Pathway! Thank you to all!!
