Rude, unprofessional. Surprised he is practicing law with that rude and careless attitude. Do not waste your time or MONEY. If you want to win and want him to help you , you are better off defending yourself or finding someone else. Does not even try to help you, he does what is easier for him instead. It was a nightmare , and worse experience ever. Do not recomment to anyone.

In the beginning Mr. Hoffer seemed interested and caring about my case. Once he was paid in full he did not return my calls and did not submit legal documents on time with the court. He lied to me and told me the court made a mistake, however when I spoke with the court clerk they had advised me there was a problem with Mr. Hoffer payment which delayed the entry of the document.
On closing arguments he was not prepared and did not have anything typed up to use as guide to give a proper statement.
This was a very complex and important case. He promised and sounded very convincing but did not follow

My wife attempted to harass me as much as possible. Mr. Hoffer was able to keep her and her lawyers at bay, without unnecessarily complicating the proceedings and without filing unnecessary motions for the sole purpose of posturing, or to run up his fees. He is extremely likable, and was available for all my questions, throughout the case.
