In the Fall of 2015, we moved our office down the street into a completely new, carefully planned building. We are so excited to welcome the community and to provide the most advanced care possible. Our office is designed specially for children to help them feel comfortable and have a pleasant experience while visiting the dentist.
The Waterlase laser uses a combination of laser energy and water energy to perform dental procedures that otherwise are performed with a dental drill or scalpel. This gentler method of treatment can help eliminate fear and anxieties associated with dental visits and help foster a healthier life-long mindset about oral care.
This will save you and our office time at your child's first visit. You will only need to print out one Family Information Sheet per family, one Office Policies per family, and one Patient Health History per child. It is normal for Children to be anxious when experiencing new things. Our staff loves children and will take the time necessary to attempt to put your child at ease.
Our best option and most cost effective solution for our patients that require sedation and all the technology, education and skills needed to treat our patients is the incredible, new Spring Creek Surgical Center. Dr. Allen has worked closely with the surgical center to ensure ABC Pediatric Dentistry is able to provide all the services that usually cost much more at a traditional hospital.

If I could, I would give 10 stars. Seriously, these guys are awesome! All my kids (3, 4, 7 & 10) get excited to go to the dentist. Everything from the toys/activities in the waiting room (when the pandemic permits), to the staff interactions, to the fish tank and prizes when you leave, all helps kids feel safe and have fun.
Side note: as a foster family, they are very helpful to recognize and accommodate any unique aspects of our situation respectfully.

Staff has always been nice but this office has scheduling issues. We had an appointment scheduled months in advance just for it to be canceled by mistake because we didn't respond to a confirmation text or email within a certain amount of time. It was not even 6 hours after we got the confirmations that we responded. They were able to get us in a couple days later (today) and our appointments were schedule from 11-12:15 but one child didn't even start getting worked on until nearly 12:15. I get mistakes happen and places like this can get busy but there should be some kind of organization and proper

We have young children and this was our first dental experience for our four year old. We were surprised at the amount of dental care she needed and particularly concerned about the sedation process. We called on multiple occasions to ask questions and were unable to speak directly to the practitioners who could have given us some peace of mind and explained the procedures. We were fortunate that a kind nurse at the surgical center (not ABC Pediatric Dentistry) was patient and understanding and took the time to explain each step of the process. This dentist was recommended to me. It was our first visit. I never saw the dentist, we never got that far. My children are aged 2 and 4. No attempt was made to help my children feel comfortable with the experience and both ended up distraught. We left and won't be returning.
Here is the long story. The two dental hygienists assigned to us appeared to be inexperienced and just clueless with kids. The first, walked us into the treatment area and then told my son to hop on the chair and let her clean his teeth. We have gone to Dr. Brandon, at ABC Pediatric Dentristy, for 4 or 5 years now and have ALWAYS been happy with our experience! Dr. Brandon is so good with each of my kids and does a great job of connecting with them! I’ve noticed he’s very gentle and always gives my kids and me great advice on how to take better care of our teeth!
