Our homes are in vibrant, convenient locations throughout the Twin Cities metro. All of our short-term rental homes are move-in ready; include all linens, towels, and bedding, in-unit or shared washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. Most of our units are pet friendly and have flexible short- and long-term options available.
Christy Living offers high-quality, affordable property management services throughout the Minneapolis and St. Paul metro areas. When you partner with us, you work directly with owner Janene Christy who has more than 10 years of property management experience. Perform extensive background checks that include rental history, income verification, employment history, credit score, criminal, and eviction check.

My wife and I lived at a Christy Living unit in Prior Lake. Christy Living wound up managing our unit after our old landlord sold it during the pandemic. Unfortunately my wife and I both got laid off due to Covid and we wound up being late on a month of rent while I transferred funds from an investment account. Following that late payment they began passive aggressively attempting to "persuade" us not to renew our lease, asking multiple times when we were going to put in our notice to vacate making us feel unwelcome in our own residence. These inquiries only stopped once we paid the remaining 6

I rented with Christy Living for almost 3 years. It was an amazing experience. Very efficient, friendly and accommodating with all requests. Especially appreciated the referrals for cleaning companies she trusted when it was time to move out. Would definitely use again if my living situation changes.

I've rented with Janene the past year and have had a good experience. Unfortunately the property owner is looking to sell so I'll be moving, but I'd definitely want to extend my lease if that weren't the case. Any maintenance issues I've had have been handled in a timely and professional manner; Janene and staff have always been pleasant and professional. In the midst of this pandemic she's worked with me, no hassle, no extra stress. Hoping the next management company will be as great to work with.

I spent three years renting through Christy Living, and only have great things to say regarding my time! Janene and all involved were attentive to our needs, understanding and quick to respond when needing assistance/service in our unit, and were incredibly affordable while allowing us a great apartment with premium location in Minneapolis. Professional communication and responsive landlord. I appreciate that I have access to quick communication with the landlord and great maintenance crew. Since I moved in, my landlord has been very open to my requests and supportive of concerns. The building I live in is kind of an older unit and the kitchen floor was in need of an update at the time of move in but regardless I love the space. Honestly, a great location, nice that you can pay online, very unique interiors and you got 1 parking spot with the cost of Rent. HOWEVER, my apartment had broken tiles, damaged walls and ceilings that were noted when we moved in. Once we moved we got dinged for damage to our apartment that was there BEFORE we moved in and was not given our full deposit back ( we have photos of the day we moved in). We asked for tile to replaced and they did nothing. I even wrote to them that I was worried I would cut my foot and nothing happened. We spent a really fun summer in the Linden Hills area near Lake Harriet with great shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
