I was referred to Kathy by Dr.Huller whom I was devastated was retiring. She had been my doctor for over 15 years , I’ve had a very troubled past ( nothing I’ve choose it’s been physically and other reasons ) but she helped me love myself and she truly loved me . Also she loved cats as I do and truly that helped me tremendously in many areas . There’s honestly no one I trust as much as her . And so far never will . So I went with the lead , but after today’s call I’ve never felt so judged . And just devastated.... I’m dealing with sooooo much business , society , children & family

The quality of service is high; I have no complaints there. My problem was with the billing. I was a client there for over a year. When I shifted to a different practice, I received a bill for over $150.00 dating back to my very first appointment with them, some fourteen months earlier. Since then, I had made payments by credit card and by check, but none of the statements showed moat of those payments. I asked for a detailed summary of my account showing all transactions and it was like pulling teeth. I got bits and pieces of information, but never the full statement I made multiple requests by

I called to schedule an appointment for my adolescent son. We showed up early as requested. We sat in the waiting room listening to the entire staff laugh and joke while people were waiting. Which would have been fine if it had not cut into my appointment time. 15 minutes after my appointment time, the NP passes as says has anyone checked you in. I say no and she says oh, they'll be out soon. The front desk lady comes out and proceeds to tell me that she scheduled my son with the NP but since we didn't want to medicate him we couldn't see her. Who medicated children on the first visit? Who assumes

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I experienced a mental health crisis in June and was desperate to find a psychiatrist to assist in medication management. I was referred here by my primary care doctor. I was put on a 2 month waiting list, which I understood, I know things are busy. I struggled daily, counting down the days until my appointment. The day before, the office calls me and informs me that the NP is not seeing anyone in office and will call me for my appointment. Not Skype, not zoom, just a call. The day of my appointment, I wait patiently for her call. 5 minutes, go by, 10 minutes

They are clearly a money seeking organization first and a healing professional second. The individual at the front desk caused more anxiety than my family had coming in. They did not explain their billing procedures, then act condescending and VERY rude when asking for payment. I am more than happy to pay but they ask for different amounts and lie about policies. I had to explain insurance to them. Not child friendly. Cant wait to have my child see someone who cares.

This is by far the best place I’ve been too! They have been beyond helpful for my children and myself! My children improved tremendously while they were seeing counseling here (they are ages 8 & 5 for reference). If it weren’t for us moving out of state I would have never sought another facility for help! Truly amazing, kind hearted, and caring people work here!!
