Adam will call repeatedly and beg to go through his lending services. Once agreed upon he will disappear and let his incompetent office deal with all matters. As other reviewers have disclosed, CORE has poor communication and you will constantly have to call or email for updates. They delayed my loan process for over a month and could not get their act together. Again, they will never take accountability for lack of professionalism but will be the first to point their patronizing finger at the customer. The lack of professionalism demonstrated to me by the staff of Colorado Real Estate Finance Group would be comical if not for the hundreds of thousands of dollars at stake. As a first time home owner, I selected CORE at the recommendation of my realtor and could not have been more disappointed in the quality of service I receive. The staff communicates exclusively through patronizing emails and clearly lacks the most basic of customer service skills.

Adam was very helpful every step of the way through my first home buying experience. He was always available and able to answer any questions I had. There is quite a lot of stuff to know about the process, more than I could hope to fully understand. But having Adam available to answer my questions and provide guidance the whole way made it all feel so much more manageable. Adam always had realistic and helpful answers to my questions ranging from specific home buying issues, to overall financial health. In the end I have a beautiful home and feel like I made good financial decisions along the way
