The atmosphere has a calming effect as soon as you walk through the door. Everyone in the office has the same effect. Dr. Butler is an excellent dentist and explains whatever your problems are or are not. Madison is blessed to have him here!

From the front office staff to Crystal and Dr. Butler, the entire experience was awesome. The added benefit was having Ben help Crystal in her charting.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Service is the best anywhere. They are quick and efficient, very good at their jobs. Go out of their way to accommodate you.

It would be nice to say that everybody is 100% professional that works in the medical field. And that everybody is just as good as the next person. But that just isn't true. Thank goodness that I found Butler family dentistry. They're a class act from the door back to the dentist chair to the door again. The reminding text messaging software is a little hyper but Dr Butler is the absolute best person with anesthetic if needed bar none. And the way that they approach taking care of the patient leaves you feeling confident that you're in good hands. At that point, in my book, they wouldn't even have

One of my wisdom teeth had broken in half one day last week so I called first thing this morning and they got me right in. I’m super terrified of dentist (because I’ve had traumatic experiences) but Dr. Butler and his assistant did amazing at keeping me calm and making sure I was comfortable. By far the best experience I’ve had, and the easiest extraction I’ve had done. I just want to tell them thanks and they did a wonderful job.

I went in today because I had a front tooth break off. I was terrified and ashamed of the shape my teeth were in. Dr.Butler and his assistant never once made me feel judged in any way. I haven’t been to the dentist in many many years, but I made a new patient appointment and will start making it a priority, due to how sweet and comforting they were 😊
