Services
Dr Shiva Barton is a naturopathic doctor, homeopath, and acupuncturist. He treats adults and children who have acute, chronic or difficult/unusual conditions. His goal is to relieve your symptoms while working to remove the underlying cause of your illness. Dr Barton has been practicing in the Boston Metro area since 1985.
Liz Allen's CranioSacral Therapy practice is at Winchester Natural Health Associates. Her goal is to support your journey toward balance and whole-being wellness through CranioSacral Therapy and bodywork. Liz's journey began in high school, when she first became aware of a difficulty to excel in traditional settings.

Naturopathic and functional medicine goes further and digs deeper to find the underlying cause of your illness (not just treating the symptoms) and then focuses on natural treatments to restore and maintain your health. We use progressive medical testing (functional medicine) when appropriate to understand the cause of your illness.
Acupuncture is a complete, gentle but powerful medical system that can be helpful when other treatments have failed. It is relaxing, and can improve physical and mental/emotional health. It is useful for treating both acute and chronic conditions. Acupuncture treatments are usually relaxing and many patients fall asleep during their treatment.
