The park staff was very friendly and accommodating with even some of the other full-time residents welcoming us. The scenery was picturesque even though we visited over the week of Christmas and the wx was cold and damp. We would gladly stay here again. The reason for not giving 5 stars was the cell phone reception was nil and several piles of dog mess on my immediate left, the cleaning of which may need better enforcement.

Very easy to reserve online, very accommodating (off season) to give us a pull thru site to accommodate our two vehicles. Site's are well spaced, paved, fairly level. Quiet, beautiful location on the Kentucky River. Would definitely reserve again!

We had site 51 which has a beautiful view of the river. The campground was very clean and you can see the new owners/team are working hard to improve the space and facilities. The site was a bit tight getting in and the sewer connection was a bit uphill for my fifth wheel but was able to make it work. Cannot say enough for the staff, everyone was very nice and helpful. We will be back next year.

The camp hosts were wonderful to speak to. They are very knowledgeable about the area and were available whenever we had an issue. The campground itself is gorgeous! The other campers were very helpful as it was our first time cold camping, and any issues we had the other campers were more than willing to assist us with. Will definitely go back!

My wife and I have been here twice now since discovering Cummins about a month ago.
Both times we have been here, we have been treated like we were family and greeted as if we just got back home!! This place is quiet, beautiful, and well taken care of!
This past Friday night, they even had a Thanksgiving pot luck dinner that they supplied the Turkey. We had music, heat…hot cider and a absolutely great time.
We will for sure be coming back here many times this coming year now that we have found our home away from home spot !!!
Thank you Cummins Ferry for making us feel at home.

Even though Cummings Ferry was a ways out of the way it worked out good for our trip. The grounds of the RV park were very nice and the live music and food truck on Saturday evening was enjoyable. Our only issue was our spot was really unlevel, and muddy. I realize the weather is out of their control. But maybe those spots that are susceptible to holding the water should have more pavement or something, the mud was crazy! We had a rug but will probably be throwing it away. I would recommend a middle pull through spot to alleviate this concern. And would have liked to been given that choice as there

Cummins Ferry RV park is a beautiful place. It's faces the Kentucky river with views of cliffs and a large waterfall which produced a very cool view and sound. When we arrived a great jazz band was playing in the common area and a food truck was there. It was a great night!
The staff were very nice and attentive. There was a swimming pool also and the bathrooms were spotless. I highly recommend checking out this hidden gem, you'll love it!

Very nice staff, overall bathrooms are clean, beautiful views at the beginning of the campground. Many of the sites are not level, waterlogged, and short but the staff seemed to care for the sites. No consistency between quality of one site to another (one with nice deck, next mesh, another grass).
It's difficult to navigate into some spaces without hitting grass (septic damage risk) and many sites are so short it is necessary to park the main vehicle in overflow. I've read they're under new management and there's a lot of cute details with flowers, lanterns, and decorations to personalize the

Campground is well taken care of and the owners are working hard on improvements. We enjoyed the music and food on Saturday night. This facility has a lot of natural appeal with beautiful location and views of the river, water falls and cliff lines. Nice hiking trails too. Close proximity to Kentucky Bourbon Trail is a plus. Super nice that they bring firewood directly to your site.
