I am so thankful I found my way to the Sunset Ballroom. I really feel like it is a hidden gem among wedding venues and I'm surprised I don't know of /hear of more people getting married there. Nancy is the most amazing person to work with - I had so many questions, and so many emails, and she answered them all so quickly, efficiently, and was SO… ORGANIZED for our big day, which as a super organized bride, delighted me. The Sunset Ballroom gives you sooooo much food for cocktail hour and the food for dinner was so delicious. Not to mention, the view at the Ballroom is amazing!! My guests

We were so happy to have both of our daughters' receptions at the Sunset Ballroom. Our most recent reception was for our second daughter on July 25th, 2021.
She and her husband were married in Japan during the Pandemic and could not return to celebrate with family and friends until this summer. We only found out that they would be coming home in March, and we needed to plan the reception for July. Luckily, we knew where to turn, having had such a wonderful experience at the Sunset Ballroom with our eldest daughter's reception in 2013. We were not disappointed, the reception was terrific! Thank

STAY AWAY! THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO HEART! I decided to cancel my wedding for next June due to covid uncertainty and the declining health of a family member. Nancy, the manager, refused to refund my deposit despite 8 months notice, no time invested on her part, and June being an easy month to rebook. Pure money making scheme on the part of these venues in light of little revenue during Covid. I am beyond disappointed in the Sunset Ballroom and would never recommend anyone to book an event there.

Your response is a standard stock response and is of no help to me. The reason I am cancelling june 2021 is due to family circumstances and not wanting to hang my hat on covid being over for another 8 months of my life! So OBVIOUSLY i have no interest in rebooking for a later date. My cancellation has nothing to do with covid capacity. It has to do with me deciding to do a small ceremony next month and you having PLENTY of notice to rebook my date. I deserve my money back for your lack of involvement in my wedding to this point and for 8 MONTHS NOTICE!

We got married here on 7/15/18 and cannot put into words how amazing this venue and every single staff member is! From making sure every single detail we envisioned was met (i.e. personal decor, signature… drinks) to the food, every single thing about our day was top-notch. You definitely cannot beat the water view surrounding the entire hall, it was gorgeous for both our ceremony and reception. Haven’t had a single guest complaint, we received so many compliments. I cannot say enough good things about the venue, staff, service, and food!! We celebrated our daughters Baby Shower yesterday and we've received nothing but stellar reviews from everyone!! I would like to especially thank Theresa who ran our party room and went above and beyond to take care of anything we needed!!
