Jack & Janet Abbas started with pump installation and service in 1978, followed by water well drilling in 1990. Can't say enough positive things about this company. The communication was excellent, the work was done on time and as promised. They kept the well at budget, despite digging deeper than they originally thought, and have been quick to respond with any issues and questions since. Abbas was able to drill my well deeper in a timely manner and got us back into a good water supply. Their price was in the same ballpark of the 2 other bids we received. They also has a discount for cash payment. There are 2 companies, Abbas drilling and Abbas pump service so a bid from both is needed.

Abbas well drilling really came through and helped us out. Our well suddenly stopped working and they were able to come out the very next day. Junior found the problem right away and not only was he able to repair it right then, he was able to do two other repairs he diagnosed. The price was also less than I was expecting. Abbas is an excellent company and I will be referring them to everyone I know and will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks again for the great service!!

In my experience they were not upfront or transparent about costs for a repair I had them perform. The repair was only required because they failed to explain certain options on their initial install just a year prior. I will be seeking alternative company quotes for and future repairs or work and suggest that you do also. They eventually made it right after several months and numerous phone calls explaining what the issue was. I did not enjoy having this hanging over my head that entire time.

I called every pump and drilling company in Central Oregon and every single one of them refused to do anything but install a completely new well. Most of them wouldn't even come look at the problem. Abbas actually listened to me and helped me come up with a solution to get the well functioning properly within my budget. Gus came out to my property and worked his tail off to find solutions and by the time he left we had a fully functioning well and pump again. They are the only pump and well guys i will trust.

Called Abbas on a Monday, knowing that our well pump was about to die. Ryan and Mike showed up later that day to confirm. After some investigation, it was determined that we indeed needed a new pump. I was dreading the entire process because our well is deep and it's never as simple as it sounds. Fortunately, Ryan and Mike were prepared, extremely knowledgeable, and had everything completed within a few hours. It was probably the most pleasurable experience you could expect to have replacing your well pump. ;) Nice work Abbas!

Growing up locally I've always known the Abbas name, we went to school together, and I remember as a young 4-Her wishing I had that much name recognition. As and adult I've gotten to know them, done business with them, and I am grateful our community is blessed by such a generous family. They did a great job drilling our well and have supported each of my kids 4-H projects every year since.
