I would not hire these people to manage a property, nor would I rent from them again. The approach is not modern, nor is it at all customer-friendly. For example: Requiring a three-day rental when it's obvious the place is not rented and could be rented if there was any flexibility regarding a two-day rental; all the money up front rather than a deposit or a payment plan; rental contract sent via email, but then followed up by multiple phone calls (one per day) if you don't sign it right away, regardless if your actual rental is a ways out; requirement to call for check-in instructions
