I had an appt today that i made 3 months ago I confirmed appt, and I got a call that they hygienist is not in, and can i move it too Friday and I said I cannot, when is next appt. They said not until April. I said dont you have more than one hygenist, she said they are all booked. Well that's not acceptable and I will now be looking for another dentist, this is not a good way to do business.

Had an emergency, pain was unbearable, Dr. George fit me in with his associate Dr. Grenier, who got my tooth out, no pain meds needed. Younger staff seems to be helpful in a dentist setting. These guys are confident, and all new state of the art building. Impressive indeed. Thank you again Dr.George and Happy Holidays to you. -Steve.

Overall my experience hasn’t been that great. Although Dr. Dean is amazing and compassionate, the bad outweighs the good. The receptionists are rude and don’t call you back. I had missed an appointment due to my babysitter not showing up, they rescheduled with me. When my appointment came up the next time unfortunately it happened again. I was told I had to speak with the scheduler or whatever it was called. It rang and rang and rang. I finally got to leave a voicemail. No one ever called me back. I have a few areas that need to be filled and have gotten pretty painful and make it hard to even

In my opinion this Doctor takes on jobs that he can’t finish, incomplete broken plates, bones , etc. patients being left in incredible pain, ignoring patient phone calls in emergencies. 2 1/2 year excruciating process with no good result in sight.
I’m personally mortified at this level of care. If the job is too risky or there is too much gum damage don’t do the job!

Dr. George and his team (secretaries included or whoever answers phones) were completely unprofessional. Gave my mom a horrible time, belittled her and completely disrespected her. Super disappointing and pretty sad for a business who’s been in the business for so long. Probably shouldn’t make your patients feel uncomfortable next time! I own a business and that’s not how you treat patients or clients.

Reached out to them at the beginning of summer using form on their website, following their directions. Never heard back.
Tried again filling out the form earlier this week. Again, never heard back.
So they may very well be a good practice, but as have far as responding to patients that do what you tell them to do, they're worthless.

No contest. This practice is the best in the area. I've had horrible experiences at other places. Everything is new and spacious. There are TV's in every room with non-confrontational shows on. The dentist is happy to have me put in my earbuds and listen to music while they work. Everyone is friendly, flexible, and professional. All of my work gets done by Dr. Shehadeh and I wouldn't want anyone else to ever do my fillings and root canals again. I barely even feel the novacaine. Don't bother going anywhere else. You will only regret not coming here sooner.
