Second generation builder, Josh Doyle has been around home building his entire life. Growing up on jobsites and learning from his father who is a veteran in the industry, Josh learned to design & build homes at a very young age. After graduating from Ohio State University in Finance and working for his father's company out of Lima, Ohio throughout his childhood and college, Josh decided to learn the corporate world by joining Owens Corning's Financial Leadership Program.
This program taught him many aspects of running a successful business including creating customer inspired solutions while keeping a focus on cost accounting controls and fiscal responsibility within an organization.After 3 years at Owens Corning he left to get back to his roots of designing and home building in Toledo, Ohio.

We have our models open weekly for current or potential HbJD clients only, showcasing many different styles of homes, interior dcor, and overall floor plans and layouts. We spend hundreds of hours on each home from concept to completion. Due to weekly high traffic, we ask that you sign up to enjoy and walk through these models.
I'm Josh Doyle, a home designer who runs a custom home building company dedicated to making people's dream homes come to life at ALL price points. We build homes at the highest level of quality structure and energy efficiency in the industry. You can see this at our model homes, or come in and talk with us about it.
It all starts with the design, and at Homes by Josh Doyle, you can choose and modify one of our existing plans, or start fresh with your own ideas. We strive to build personal relationships with our customers and help them design an efficient floorplan with features and amenities that meet their wants and needs.

Homes By Josh Doyle is unprofessional. When building new construction homes, they are destructive and disrespectful of adjacent properties. If you are unlucky enough to have property adjacent to a project by Homes By Josh Doyle, expect the worst. This company does not think there are boundaries and can molest the areas around them. When you see a Homes By Josh Doyle sign go up on a property near yours, you'll need to start taking "before" pictures to compare to the aftermath this company creates so that litigation and remediation can be ensured.

After wanting to move to a new home for a while, we bought a lot but were still very unsure on who should build our house. We looked at quite a few model houses and narrowed it down to 2 builders.
