How should I dress? Anytime you interview you should put your best foot forward. Even if you are a little overdressed for the position the client will appreciate the time you took to present a professional appearance. When do I get paid? For the first 480 hours you are paid by Premier Staffing Solutions.
Tailor your resume to the jobs you are applying to. In this day and age, people have diversified job skills and in an everchanging business landscape, most have worked in many different fields. Because of this, a resume that is a one size fits all can be detrimental to your job search. If you make little adjustments that focus your resume for the job you are applying to, you will stand out among the rest!
Our pay period is from Monday to Sunday. Paychecks are available on Friday in the PSS office, by mail or DIRECT DEPOSIT. We recommend DIRECT DEPOSIT. Timecards MUST be in the Premier Staffing Solutions office by 12pm on Mondays. You may MAIL, DROP OFF, FAX or E-MAIL your timesheet to our accounting department.
To receive one week of vacation pay, you must work 1500 hours in a current continuous twelve month period. Retain all time sheets to verify paid vacation eligibility. Vacation must be requested one week prior via a written request form. Vacation time does not roll over. To receive holiday pay you must work 1200 hours in a current continuous twelve month period.
Background and drug tests are done upon request of the Client. What kind of testing do you do for potential employees? We use Proveit, an on-line testing source which tests anything from clerical to behavioral assessments. How do you select the best candidate for me? All employees are interviewed, tested, reference checked and screened.

I called a few times last week and no one answered the phone. During business hours. Finally a woman answered and got angry when I was giving her my phone #? So I found out the people who work there all walked out. What? I won't use a staffing agency who can't even keep staff. Negative.

Working with premier staffing was a great experience. I have worked with several agencies in the past in North Carolina and other states, but my experience with premier staffing was by far the best. They were very professional, courteous and worked with me to find the right fit for me. They were accessible, and if not they were always quick to return my call. If you are a dedicated worker this agency is for you. I can happily say I am now a permanent employee with the temp job I had. Thank you premier staffing . You guys are awesome.

I highly recommend Premier Staffing they really are an AMAZING SOLUTION! These ladies do a phenomenal job and have always helped me out when I've been in a pinch. The staff they have working for them are really diversified, awesome people and they really work together to make your events special...The entire process was an absolute joy and I can't thank them enough for always being able to help me out in a desperate situation when I've been short on staff. It seems whatever I throw their way, usually last minute, they are always more than willing to help me out and find me amazing motivated people

I started working with the staff before I moved to Wilmington in May and they were great. Everything besides a few loose ends were was complete and literally within a day of being here I was working. They have been a great support system, are friendly, and have your best interest at heart. I have recommend anyone that is looking for a position to contact the ladies at Premier. I honestly do know what I would have done without them when I moved here and they are responsible for making my dream of living in Wilmington come true.
