Automobiles & Light Trucks - Any automobile 11 model years and newer must have title present for scrap.
This means any current and unexpired (i) driver's license or identification card issued by the Georgia Department of Driver Services or any similar card issued by another state, (ii) a military identification card or (iii) a current work authorization issued by the federal government, which contains the individuals name, address, and photograph.

400 Waste and Scrap in Dawsonville, Ga. was very helpful in answering many questions I had regarding the disposal of appliances, and other large items. One of their employees, Tammy, was very nice and explained in detail where I needed to back up to have the appliances unloaded. The men that unloaded my vehicle were pleasant and assisted me in backing my vehicle up due to not being able to see out the rear view mirror, they made sure I could see them in my side mirror and guided me where to go. I canceled my home trash pick up company, and find it convenient and economical to drop my household
