Dr. Marko E. Alanis was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. Dr. Alanis is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where he earned a B.S. degree in Biomedical Science in 1996. In 2001, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas.

Excellent staff. The hygienist was very patient and polite with me. I was able to signal for a break as frequently as I needed to and wait for my anxiousness to pass. Her understanding was very much appreciated.
Dr. Alanis was very verbose in his explanations and took the time to explain everything which made the whole process a pleasant experience. Will be recommending everyone to this office.

I went to go for a cleaning with this dentist 2 years ago and now I'm in collections with this location because I was never notified called or emailed or mailed anything that my insurance did not cover some of the cleaning this place is a scam stay away from this place and look for a story on Channel 5 this week about all the fraud at this location

Most ridiculous experience. I was a patient and was told that I was recommended a service for deep cleaning. They printed out a 4 step treatment plan with cost per visit with insurance. I agreed to service based on reasonable cost of service. After 4th treatment 1 1/2 month later I was told that I had a balance 3 times the original planned expense. I spoke to the office manager (which was the dentist's wife) and she said it was an estimate and that they had not gotten back confirmation of benefits until 1 full month after first submission to insurance. I had paid $29.80 per visit and

Staff was kind of rude when I called to ask for an appointment, I left a message for them to return my call, they didn't return my call til the next day and didn't have anything available til 6 weeks from the day they called me, they weren't working with me at all as to seeing Dr Alanis sooner after I explained to them I was in tremendous pain. I def would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
