Services
Coach Hong and Coach Michelle have combined coaching experience of over 60 years in gymnastics. They grew up as elite gymnasts themselves, hold physical education degrees and have been applying their unparalleled training techniques to all levels of gymnast ever since. After coaching Olympians for Chinese National Team, they moved to the states for a head coaching opportunity.
Eligibility: Child must be between the ages of 3 years old and 12 years old, potty-trained and cleared for all physical activity. Please do not send your child to camp if they have a fever or other contagious illness. Guardian is responsible for communicating all allergies and medical conditions. Cancellations/Refunds: We understand that plans change!
Our team programs for young women offer something for all ages and levels, lead by Houston's best coaching staff. H-Town Elite will help your daughter achieve her dreams and find her strength in every way. H-Town Elite's Junior Olympic Competitive Team is a USA Gymnastics program that competes Level 2 - Elite.
H-Town Elite's Hot Shots Invitational program is focused on preparing our youngest gymnasts for team programs and competition. The program is designed for younger gymnasts that have shown an aptitude for learning and skill development as well as a positive attitude for gymnastics training.
Young athletes will be given the chance to challenge themselves with longer practice times, multiple practices during the week and a chance to compete before joining one of our competitive team programs.

The Xcel Team program is designed to offer a broad-based, competitive experience outside the traditional Jr. Olympic Program for a diverse group of athletes. The goal of Xcel is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding competitive gymnastics experience.

For one, let's talk about how clean this gym is. I love that it doesn't smell or isn't dusty! Also, my daughter has been here since May 2021 on team & we absolutely love it. The coaching is so good. I really love the dynamic of their relationship ship with my daughter. She has been pushed so hard, in a good way of course. I definitely recommend it. This place is a hidden gem in the heights !

Always clean, professional and my kids love it there!! We've been members for more than 2 years and I can definitely say it's helped my kids gain skills to stay healthy & keep up core strength they need to sit in a chair at school all day. Our experiences have overall been very positive & we love kids night out!

I have had my daughter in many gyms as well as dance studios and I have NEVER in my experience, had to deal with the price changing so frequently ! They do not tell you when the price is changing, no warning or notification that the price will be increasing . I dealt with the price changing when summer started and for this month instead of being charged the amount they changed it to in June , I was charged an additional $21! The clerks in the front never know ANYTHING! Even if they break up fall an summer semesters , the prorated amounts should reflect the normal monthly payment ! I HATE hate HATE

Update on my earlier review: they called to let me know they would refund my money!! Cheers!! They were very nice and respectful, that is all anyone can ask for, and of course a proper refund. We would use this gym in the future, it is a nice clean facility with great coaches, my daughter just wasn't interested as long as the covid virus was going on, which is totally understandable, just letting anyone know who reads this for future reference they told me it is a credit refundable facility only, now I know!! Thank you H-Town Elite

We had our first class yesterday and everyone seemed very nice and helpful. The ladies called me back after the class to clarify some questions I had in payment and general questions. It's clean and the teachers are very good with the kids from what i can see from one class thus far. I was impressed .

When we started taking my 2 year old daughter here a year ago she excelled in her class with 4 classmates with coach T and Coach Kenny. We signed up for the fall session under the impression she would stay with the same coaches.
The fall session came and her class has 3 students - we were down to one coach- Coach Kenny.... I signed my daughter up for a 9:30 class every Tuesday for the fall session with Coach Kenny. Not once has he started class on time (mind you 2 year old classes are 30 minutes- it takes me 45 minutes to get to the gym) he has a class that starts at 10am and ends our class 5

My daughter has been attending their summer camp and she is in love!!! I can see a big difference in just a week in her confidence as well as her skill, and every day when I pick her up she asks when we are going next! The staff and coaches are great with kids, and they have all sorts of gadgets and learning aids to help complete newbies get started. The facility is very clean and cute, and to top it all off their prices are better than many others in the area! What more can you ask for?!

We had an excellent free introductory class recently. Really well ran, quick paced class that kept my three year old engaged. Very clean, excellent customer service from the young lady at the front, and professional instructor. We just signed up for the fall session and look forward to it.
Update: we are finishing up fall session and so happy here. Coach Artie and Daniel are favorites. Just signed up for Spring!
