I lost my glasses and Family Eye Care got me an appointment the very next day. Their prices were extremely reasonable (they also take certain Medicaid and many insurance plans). Everyone was very kind. Masks must be worn and there is a cute hand sanitizer station at the door. The nurse took an in-depth patient history, including family history and medication I take. Dr. Anthony Lamar took my his time with my exam and answered all of my questions. I opted for a contact lens exam too, and the ladies were so patient on my 12+ attempts to insert my contacts! I was sent home with 4 boxes of contacts

I love Family Eyecare. My daughters have been going here for a few years now and the service has ALWAYS been impeccable! Staff is always friendly and professional. It's never a long wait. We're always in and out with both kids within an hour. My kids love their selection of eyeglasses. Dr. Gordon is awesome and we don't plan on going anywhere to see anyone else any time soon!

I had RK surgery in the 1990s and in recent years my vision has deteriorated. After years of wearing poor fitting contact lenses I sought Dr. Lamar for his opinion. It’s been the best decision I’ve made for my vision. Dr. Lamar and his staff have been very professional and patiently treated me for the past several months as he works to perfect my vision. I’m seeing better now than I have in years. Dr. Lamar knows the latest treatments available to work through any problem. I highly recommend Dr. Lamar and Family Eye Care.

Dr. Gordon has been my eye doctor for 25+ years. He is an awesome eye doctor. He really takes his time to do a thorough examination. He listens to his patients concerns. His staff is amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful and always friendly. Dianne and Cindy are awesome. They are very dedicated employees. Mrs. C. Gordon is great in handling daily operations. I give thanks to God and Dr. Gordon for saving my life 25 years ago by seeing something behind my eyes that ended up resulting in serious surgery by a Brain Surgeon. Dr. Gordon listened to my symptoms and thoroughly examined my eyes which resulted
