I would give zero stars if I could. I left with soap all over the sides and back of my car. (Trying to post pics) it dried on crusty and looks worse then before the wash. I now have to stand in the cold and hand wash it to get this crusty soap off. Worst $17 ever spent!!!

Just wanted a wash to get all the salt off. 9 dollar car wash doesn’t even get a towel dry. Salt still all over after natural dry. Won’t be back. Can’t say you get what you pay for, others in area do it for less.

Really bad got a Camaro that was still dirty and had scratches after early morning wash this is the second time. I'm done

Decent wash but the experience itself is frustrating. The POS order screen is obnoxiously designed to make you accidently spend a lot on a subscription than a single wash. They don't offer any customer assistance, or a little towel to dry up your door jams, and the vacuums are on the other side, so after the wash you have to exit and re enter to use them.? This place is overpriced for what it offers. Go to Patriot Wash in mentor.

Decent car wash. The back of the car is always still dirty. One of the employees was very rude when he was working the payment stations.

I always come here for my car wash I decided to get the monthly package. It is so worth it, I also like the new vacuums because now I can get in-between my seats thank you for that 👍

I love the convenience of my membership! I stop in and get a wash whenever I feel like it. It is always quick, even if there's a line. And the vacuums are free! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was greeted by one of the employees who helped me choose and pay for my wash. As I was pulling out of the wash another employee flipped my mirror back with a smile. It is nice to go to a place with such good customer service. Thanks!

It was my first time visiting and I was approached by a woman who was very informative and professional she explains everything to me I really enjoy my car wash I have CRV Honda the wash was excellent but The Hand Dry was just okay after a while I can see the streaks on the vehicle from the water that ran afterwards.

I just started using the monthly fee service. Two times in the last week I’ve presented half an hour after the car wash is supposed to open and within the last half an hour of it closing, and I found it to be closed. I’m not pleased. Why is this, and why am I paying for a service I can’t use?
