Page One has been serving the Luray / Page County community since 1977. We were organized by individuals and churches who had compassion about meeting the human needs around us. We are growing stronger and helping more every year. To fund our family assistance program we operate three thrift stores - two in Luray and the other in Shenandoah.
The income from these stores and financial contributions by churches, businesses, and individuals allow us the means to provide these essential services to needy families. The sale items are donations from estates and yard sales including clothes, household goods, books, toys, furniture, and jewelry.

Services
He started volunteering in 2012 at the Food Pantry. He enjoys working with other volunteers and helping people. Wanda has volunteered nearly 23 years with Page One. She first began sorting donations and when she retired from the National Park Service in 1996 she assumed the role of handling the cash register.
Don has served as Page One's Chaplain helping our clients deal with their situation. He was instrumental in developing our Outreach program which delivers food every month to those over 60. Currently, he and his team are delivering to nearly 90 families each month. This has eased the pressure on the food pantry crews.
If you have donations of clothing and/or small household items, please bring them to the Page One Food Pantry at 35 North Bank Street at any time. We do our best to provide a truck or a shed (to the left of the building) for donations, and we ask that you use them. Donations are collected multiple times daily during the week and once daily during the weekends.
If you need Financial Assistance, please come to the Page One Food Pantry at 35 North Bank Street on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday from 8:30 to 11:30. Bring your ID, proof of income (check stub, bank statement, or SSI/SSDI statement), and the bill(s) for which you need assistance. If you need rental assistance, please bring a statement/letter from your landlord of your rent payment status.

Page one is a great place to visit for both sides of the dollar. It is the place to find the gently used merchandise that you may be looking for. Then for the other side of the dollar It helps out a family that is in need some assistance. Such as the food bank and or other bills that may compromise the living arrangements of low income families.

Page one is a nonprofit that helps the needy in Page County. One way they have a feeling that is their awesome thrift shops. You'll find Furniture, household goods and clothing. The boutique, which is about to open on 1 cave Street in Luray is really awesome for all kinds of name-brand clothing and really nice furniture.

Apparently this business moved from 42 W. Main to 10 E. Main.
Walking into this place, I felt as if it would be a typical thrift store. What I soon found out was that this place feeds the homeless and the less fortunate through its sales of (mostly) donated items. Upstairs, they have mostly clothing and downstairs has various items with a room dedicated to kid's toys.
I spotted a couple of "Mach 5" cars from the cartoon Speed Racer - one of my childhood favorites. I was also told that the items from Luray Caverns were donated by the tourist attraction and these items were selling
