Of course, this is a natural fit as it is not uncommon for there to be damage to auto glass in the course of any moderate to severe collision.

Max and his team at Conestoga Collision are very professional and knowledgeable.
They kept me updated on the progress of my car and also helped me deal with a difficult insurance adjuster.
My car looked brand new when I got it back and they even cleaned the inside.

Let me say this, Conestoga Collision and Auto Body Repair could not have been a better. After my wife had damage done to her Tesla Model Y, there were few options. I had an unfortunate roadkill incident with my Tesla Model Y. The team at Conestoga promptly got me in for cleaning. Although there was minimal damage, it was only to the underside, so I opted not to pursue repairs. 5 stars, and recommend any Tesla owner utilize this excellent shop for any of their needs.

I ended up having to get a lawyer involved. To no surprise, my lawyer reached out to an Erie rep that is local to Philly, he was told that Conestoga is notorious for extending repair times, submitting supplemental orders for questionable repairs, and for poor customer service. These are the same concerns I had in my original post.
Like many others, i look at reviews to help form an educated decision. Unfortunately what I learned with Conestoga, if 95% of the reviews are filled with 1 sentence saying good job etc, that means they did what they should be doing that doesn’t deserve

Someone hit my front bumper, so my husband brought my car too Conestoga Collision. They are very friendly and worked with us and the individual that was paying for the damage done to my car who lived out of state. My husband picked up my car tonight and sent me pictures and my car looks brand new. They did a fabulous job on my car. I will recommend them to everyone.

I worked with one of the owners to schedule an appointment to have my wife's car's rear bumper replaced after a minor fender bender. He was very nice and seemed to be thorough. I explained that I was leaving for Florida the following Wednesday morning. After confirmation we scheduled the work for the following Monday morning. When I dropped the car off I spoke to him to ensure he would also polish out scratches on each side, not resulting from the accident. He assured me he would add to the work order. Made a quick stop at Conestoga Collision for a second estimate for a repair of my right passenger sill, which had come unsnapped. The local Honda dealer suggested I needed a replacement park and estimated a cost of $262 for the repair. Francis at Conestoga Collision fixed it on the spot for free and in less than five minutes. He was extremely friendly and professional and I appreciate his honesty in pointing out that it just needed to be unscrewed and re-snapped, as opposed to completely replaced. Very grateful for Francis’ assistance and will definitely be back if I need anything more significant
