Quality Rental and Equipment were a pleasure to work with. They always responded very quickly to any questions I had, they were priced very reasonably and they were able to supply me with all of the tableware that I needed (even wrapped our silver-looking plastic silverware in napkins and banded them to make serving easier). Installation was quick and effective ... The placement fantastic. Highly recommended!

We walked into quality Rental and were greeted by three friendly ladies. Sandy help us and guided us through what we needed for our event. Sandy and the other two ladies smiled and laughed with us as we went through the items we were looking for. I would recommend the Pawtucket, RI Quality Rental to anyone having an event. The have very nice personalities and are willing to help you in any way.

We are so happy we rented our daughter's wedding supplies from Quality rental. Our servers were experienced in their field. They had seen it all. They actually commented on how nice the chairs and awning were and all the chafing dishes of all things. They said the way there were crated and cared for was unusual for a rental company. Even the dishes and utensils were in excellent shape.
Everything looked beautiful and I will be sure to call them for any future get affairs.

I needed chairs for an event and I got several quotes from different rental companies in the area. I was very happy with the detail oriented messages that Liza sent to me and when I went to the showroom, she was very friendly, helpful and corteous.
They have a great selection of items to choose from, lots of colors and styles. I have heard from others that they are very reliable and the rent quality pieces.

I was driving in the city when I was forced to stop due to this company's truck blocking the road. The truck was parked on the side of another vehicle taking up the whole street making it impossible for anyone to go by on this one way street. Initially, the back of the truck was open and there was no one in sight. About five minutes passed and here come two workers with their hands full moving things into the truck. I am sitting outside of quality rentals right now.
Date is 9/6/19
I ordered 120 white chair covers over a month ago.
I come here today to pick up the chair covers the day before my wedding.
1/2 of the chair covers are bright white half are either egg shell or stained.
No I have to go through with my wedding with no chair covers because it is too short notice to get the amount I need.
I asked if it is normal to get 2 colors. They explained that it depends on when they order them.
So apparently you get old and new chair covers. Not only that they store them

What to retract my review from yesterday about this business this morning I received a phone call from Dave the manager about my hitch I left there to see if it could get sold It was returned to me today because he was nice enough to check his inventory and discovered he had 2 of the same hitches and only should have had 1 so he called me to come pick up my hitch Thank you Dave for correcting this mixup everything turned up fine he is an honest person and I hope everyone patronize this business Bob K

I had a leak in my roof, which is a 3 story roof, so I wasn't comfortable going up on a ladder. I decided to price out renting a scissor lift for the day. I went into quality rental and the guy behind the counter explained my options / pricing very clearly. Once I decided on a solution, he had two employees meet me outside with the lift, a trailer, and and truck. They took the time to go over everything with me, so I couldn't have felt more comfortable leaving the lot. When I got home, I was uneasy on backing off the trailer, so I called the shop and the employee walked me through

This is the only place i will go for my rental needs. The staff is amazingly helpful and nice. They help you until you are completely satisfied. The delivery drivers are awesome. From the time they arrived until they left they were nothing but professional and respectful. They really know their stuff. No need to look further for your rental needs.
